Precision in career planning starts with the right apprenticeship. CPT offers everything you need to get started in the field of precision engineering. For 20 years now, we have been a recognized training company and offer young people from the region the opportunity to acquire the know-how that is needed in industry today and tomorrow on state-of-the-art machines. In addition, we also have our own training workshop, where, in addition to working on the most modern digitally controlled machines, conventional techniques, CNC, and fringe areas such as grinding, assembly, and knowledge of materials are also taught. Experienced trainers take a lot of time for their trainees.
Later takeover? Very likely. The takeover rate at CPT is very high, because the company naturally wants to keep well-trained specialists and shape the future with them. By the way, trainees at CPT are never just “order pickers”. They can contribute their own ideas in many projects, and their creativity and imagination are in demand in many ways. CPT now has around 70 employees. They turn, mill, assemble, develop concepts, and tinker over special solutions for each individual part – and are only satisfied when all specifications are met down to the smallest detail. This is evidenced not only by the high quality of the products that leave the hall every day and are delivered all over the world, but also by the fact that everyone really sees themselves as a team. This very team is currently looking for reinforcements to successfully play the next “away games” – as we call new, exciting projects.
