A vast array of technologies is required to develop and manufacture highly complex precision parts and assemblies – and CPT masters them all. . This is the only way to realize even complex geometries and contours with precision down to the smallest detail. CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC turning-milling, flat grinding, cylindrical grinding, vortex grinding, polishing, blasting, fine deburring: no problem at all. In doing so, we rely on state-of-the-art technology: our turning and turning-milling machines have up to 10 programmable axes and enable machining from 3 millimeters in diameter. Our customers do not need to worry about which technology is used in each case. They specify what they need exactly – and we select the perfect technology for each case, so that everything is exactly the way you want it.
THE ROBOTS ARE COMING: AUTOMATION NEXT LEVEL
Customer demands for precision parts are constantly increasing. At the same time, high-precision components and even entire assemblies must be available ever faster – and in addition to time pressure, there is of course also a certain cost pressure. To meet all demands for the highest precision, but also to be able to deliver quickly and offer a good price-performance ratio, CPT also relies on state-of-the-art automation technology. The use of highly specialized robots, for example, enables automated loading of turning-milling machines and even faster loading of machining centers. You – our customers – ultimately benefit from the constantly increasing efficiency. And we are already working on the next steps: Our goal is to achieve an automation level of 50 percent within production using artificial intelligence in the coming years.

Thanks to state-of-the-art processes and our many years of experience, we are able to process a very wide range of materials. This includes, for example, materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, or plastic. But that’s not all: A wide variety of other materials are also possible.

3D PROTOTYPES IN PERFECTION
How can quality assurance be continuously improved? This is a question that constantly drives the CPT team. The custom-made precision parts, which leave the halls in various shapes, repeatedly require new solutions for cleaning processes and packaging to ensure they reach the customer in the highest quality. To optimize production and packaging processes, physical models of the parts are often more effective than 3D models on a screen. Therefore, CPT has long leveraged the diverse possibilities of 3D printing internally. Today, CPT’s 3D printers produce prototypes for industry, models for architecture, art, and design, as well as custom-made items for private use. Various plastic materials can be utilized in this process. Ideas that previously only existed in the mind or on the computer can be made tangible through 3D printing by CPT – down to the smallest detail.

Precision parts made by CPT are used in a wide variety of ways all over the world. In metrology, for example, they are used in high-sensitivity sensors that ensure precise measurement and testing results. Each and every one of these components manufactured at CPT contributes to the fact that pressure, density, distances, temperatures, and many other technical parameters and states can be measured with absolute reliability. Whether in aerospace, medical technology, or safety monitoring, there is no way around absolutely precise metrology.
